I attended the tech lead interview today for Satya**m computers. It was a telephonic interview. And the interview went for 33 minutes.

4. Have used UML? What are all the diagrams you know?
5. What is the difference between Struts action form and a DTO?
6. What is Business Delegate?
7. How do you use a Singleton in your struts action class?
8. Do you have experience in estimation & costing? If yes what is the methodology do you use?
9. Have you done delivery management?
10. Tell about SDLC?
11. What is waterfall model?
12. Explain about EJB architecture? JNDI? Etc..
13. What is the difference between creating a database connection using driver manager and data source?
14. Have you used Rational rose?

15. Do you know about reverse engineering?

16. How strong are you in core Java?
